Bayer and Monsanto announced on Wednesday that they signed in a
definitive merger agreement under which Bayer will acquire Monsanto for
USD 128 per share in an all-cash transaction.
Dekalb Vietnam, a subsidiary of Monsanto, has launched a new genetically
modified corn with insect protection and weed management traits called
Dekalb® Genuity®.
